We were appointed to carry out this turnkey design and build project with Virtus Investment Partners following a competitive tender process against 3 other larger competitors. We then worked with Virtus over a 12 month period initially carruing out full building analysis and shortlisting on 7 no potential buildings in Mayfair. Upon selection of Stratford place we carried out a full design and build service solution covering RIBA stages 1-6 delivering 6.000 so ft of CATB fit out works over 2 floors; creating a staff wellness facility with shower, yoga and gym. formal and informal meeting zones, open plan areas, a trading facility for 16 no staff, AV, artwork, planting, formal and informal breakout areas, cellular offices, roof terrace, comms facility, roof terrace and print/storage facilities.

HIT were appointed to carry out this turnkey design and build project tor The Mercer's Company following a competitive tender process. We then worked with The Mercers Company's Commercial Property agency and asset management team over a 2 month period covering RIBA stages 1-6 delivering 8,000 sa ft of CATA & CATB fit out works to two separate floors before they were released to the market. We created a staff breakout facility, formal and informal meeting zones, a library, open plan areas for up to 25 no staff per floor, Integrated meeting AV, artwork, planting, touch down call booths, comms facility, all space dressing and the landlords common part lift lobby's and stairwells to both upper floors.
